Introducing AIDA LLP
AIDA LLP is limited liability partnership created by a group of like minded individuals with the aim of maximising stakeholder value through a combination of interim management services, executive/non-executive positions and equity investment.
We work with primary/secondary lenders to guide their customers through any difficult periods as well as with companies directly and their accountants/advisers to provide “add on” services.
Our advisory arm specialises in supporting businesses who are experiencing growing pains, trading difficulties, management performance issues or simply having problems implementing an effective strategy.
Our investment arm is backed by two major clearers and we are actively seeking equity investments in businesses with growth potential. These businesses may have performance issues, continuity issues or skill gaps which we will help to address.
AIDA LLP does not just seek to tell people what they already know, we do not just point out the obvious, we deliver value by encouraging and supporting, although if appropriate we can lead and are prepared to take executive or non executive positions.
AIDA LLP has a flexible arrangement to charging its clients. Our belief is that the fee structure should reflect the risks and the objectives of any assignment. Accordingly, our fees tend to be either time and success based, through equity stakes, or a combination of both
