Working as an Interim Operations Manager over a 12 month period, one of the principals of AIDA LLP designed and project managed a £60m new factory build based on world class manufacturing guidelines for batch manufacture to improve quality and reduce costs.
The introduction of MRP and materials monitoring system together with the development of a centre of excellence for raw materials improved margins by 25% (c. £300,000 pa) and reduced costs by a total of £469,000 pa.

Working capital management and financial restructuring
One of the principals of AIDA LLP was instrumental in the restructuring of a global transportation business. As part of a restructuring team he was solely responsible for reviewing the businesses finances and putting in place a new financial structure and a cash management plan.
The improvement in financial management assisted in the stabilisation of the business, a restoration of stakeholder relationships and subsequent return to profitability.
