We provide services in the most appropriate way through a straight forward advisory agreement, taking a non executive role in the business or by becoming an interim manager or director
We have the skills to help either as a “hands on” advisor or as an interim manager / director or, in specific circumstances, as an equity player
Our belief is that the fee structure should reflect the risks and the objectives of any assignment
