What Do We Do?

In our investment capacity, we can provide investment options that maximise Shareholder value. We will actively consider acquisition or joint venture (e.g. BIMBO) of businesses where:

  • the existing shareholders wish to realise value either in full or in part
  • there are continuity issues e.g. lack of succession
  • there is a need for investment in capital and skills to drive growth
  • turnaround skills are required e.g. year on year profit decline or cash-flow issues

Our preferred investment size is £1m plus up to £20m

All of our investments are “hands-on” working with all stakeholders to drive growth and deliver improved Shareholder value.
